I currently use a platform called Headway for clients seeking to use their insurance for treatment. I am paneled with most major insurance boards. 

Aetna, Carelon, Cigna, BCBS, Medicare for United Healthcare, Oscar Health, Optum, Oxford, Quest Behavioral Health, United Healthcare (AMbetter coming soon).

Please use Headway to book if you are using insurance for psychotherapy/counseling. Both private pay and insurance require a signed informed consent prior to starting treatment. This consent is an agreement that begins the therapy process and outlines the start and nature of our work together.
