Comparatively affordable for clients paying privately (superbill available) or insurance options.

Private Pay Rates for Therapy or Comprehensive Treatment:

Individual:

$190 for 2 sessions

$450 for 5 sessions

Couple/Family:

$210 for 2 sessions

$500 for 5 sessions

Private Pay Rates for Soley Fitness, Yoga, Meditation & Coaching:

$240 for 3 sessions

$750 for 10 sessions

Please note that I cannot directly take insurance for solely fitness/wellness sessions, but you may be able to get reimbursement if your employer or insurance covers these modalities. I am happy to offer a detailed receipt for any services.

Insurance Information

I currently use a platform called Headway for clients seeking to use their insurance for treatment. I am paneled with most major insurance boards.

Aetna, Carelon, Cigna, BCBS, Medicare for United Healthcare, Oscar Health, Optum, Oxford, Quest Behavioral Health, United Healthcare (AMbetter coming soon).

Please use Headway to book if you are using insurance for psychotherapy/counseling.
